Natural Resources - Recent Project

Staff members of AP’s Natural Resources Group have conducted over a dozen wetland delineations and determinations in recent years for clients in Washington and Oregon. By identifying wetlands within a proposed project area early on, clients may be able to modify designs to avoid impacts, experience shorter project timelines, and avoid costs associated with wetland mitigation and required monitoring. Clients partnering with the AP Natural Resources Group benefit from our staff’s training and practical experience with the latest U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Ecology (Washington), and Department of State Lands (Oregon) wetland delineation and reporting methods. In addition, AP’s biologists have prepared more than a dozen Section 404/DOE and DSL joint permit applications over the last two years to assist clients with project impacts to wetlands and waters.
