Drinking Water Systems - Recent Project
The City of Connell, Washington, has a water system with eight wells, four reservoirs, and four booster pump stations that serve the City. The Coyote Ridge Correctional Center (CRCC) is undergoing an expansion and needed additional water from the City of Connell, where CRCC is located. In order to increase the water system’s capacity, AP partnered with the City to plan, design, and manage the construction of a new 700-gpm triplex booster pump station, a 1.6-mile transmission main line, and a new 1.25-million-gallon reservoir (pictured above and to the right). The new reservoir is approximately 50 feet in diameter and 85 feet tall. The improved water system will service the expanded CRCC facility and the City’s municipal needs into the future.
