A high quality, clear, and concise design does not guarantee that the project will be built correctly. The reality of infrastructure projects is that competent construction administration is the key to ensuring that an excellent design becomes an excellent constructed project. AP has the experience and qualifications to provide clients with competent construction engineering. While our unique approach develops a partnership between clients and contractors, we are firm in requiring contractors to meet project specifications. Our clients benefit from the peace of mind that comes from knowing projects will be built to specifications and that their best interests are paramount. Our construction administration services include bidding, award, and contract development; contractor qualification review; budget, schedule, and pay request tracking; materials testing and construction staking; and construction oversight, project close-out, and acceptance.
