Position: Business Development Manager

Base Pay: $3,500 - $4,400 per month
Responsibilities
Anderson∙Perry & Associates, Inc., is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Walla Walla office. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. Additionally, the BDM will be responsible for developing proposals, proposal materials, project descriptions, and employee resumes as well as performing other business development and operational functions. The position will involve travel for participation in project interviews and occasional evening meetings.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a similar field. Five years of experience performing business development or marketing activities and two years of management experience are also required. Candidates should be organized, self-motivated, and able to work unsupervised and should have outgoing personalities. A technical aptitude and familiarity with public infrastructure components is desirable. The salary range is $3,500 to $4,400 per month depending on qualifications and experience.
