As one of the Northwest's most diverse civil engineering firms east of the Cascade Mountains, AP has established a reputation for providing solid engineering and sound solutions accompanied by exceptional relationship-oriented service. AP provides planning, surveying, engineering design, environmental services, construction administration, and construction engineering on a variety of public works and private projects. These projects include fish screens, irrigation systems, water transmission lines, stream restoration and irrigation diversions, county roads, city streets, bridges, industrial parks, and water/wastewater projects.
AP's clients include districts, cities, counties, and state and federal agencies throughout eastern Oregon, southern Oregon, and southeastern Washington. AP offers a complete range of services, from initial site surveys and right-of-way mapping through the planning, public involvement coordination, design, bidding, and construction contract administration phases of projects.
AP was founded in 1975 and has grown from a two-man shop to a firm of nearly 100 professional staff, and today has offices in La Grande, Oregon, and Walla Walla, Washington. |
